How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of full access to the Professional plan. No credit card required. After that, you'll automatically switch to the Free plan or can upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. With monthly billing, your subscription ends at the end of the billing period. No hidden fees or cancellation deadlines.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. For upgrades, the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your paid period (month/year).
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoice billing.
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored in German/EU data centers and protected in compliance with GDPR. 30 days after closing your account, it will be completely deleted. Since this is only processed customer data, there is nothing to export.
